Registration is only available through tourdenorfolk.co.uk. The Event Registration Form must be completed by a person aged 18 years or over. Evidence of age may be requested. Participants under the age of 18 years will be allowed to participate in the event with the consent of their parent or legal guardian who must sign the Event Registration Form on behalf of the under age rider. Under 16’s need to be accompanied at all times by an adult who is responsible for them. Event Nation Holdings Ltd reserve the right to amend the route at any point or to shorten the route. Participants are not entitled to a refund. When entering an event we ask for each persons name, date of birth, gender and for any other details required by the event. When entering the Tour de Norfolk on behalf of other people you must obtain their permission to provide this data before entering them.
If the safety of riders and staff becomes an issue we may have to cancel an event, or if we have to cancel the event for reasons out of our control, this will be announced on our website as soon as possible before the event, and riders will receive a percentage of the entry fee taking in account any outlaid costs, minus a transaction fee. The organisers reserve the right to amend the route and any other aspect of this event.
Every rider will receive their entry pack from May 1st. They contain a map, an introduction to the event plus any safety information required to ride. Also within the pack is a rider number, which must be fixed on the handlebars and must be readable throughout the competition. Event Nation Holdings Ltd reserve the right to amend our entry fees at any point without prior notice or warning.
Feed and water stations will be available along the course, but all riders are responsible to supply sufficient food to complete the ride.
Each participant upon purchasing a ticket/s accepts that they are physical fit and mentally capable of riding the distance they have paid to enter. If participant decide to change the length and route of the ride it is then all consequences are theirs, all results will be void for these participants. Cyclists should take extra care on short sections of road where traffic may be travelling on the opposite carriageway to maintain access for residents and businesses. Every rider is responsible for their bike and equipment. Helmets are compulsory and must be worn before and during the rides the participant is taking part in. If you retire your ride for any reason please inform an event official, instructions will be sent to the participant in Entry Packs before the event. All cyclists must adhere to and obey the Highway Code, local By laws and laws of England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland where applicable and extend all reasonable courtesy to other road and off road users. The event will take place regardless of bad weather, unless the Event Organisers deem there is a safety concern. If the event is stopped or re-routed for reasons of safety, there will be no refund available. Toilets are available along the routes on our events, and marked on the course map. All Participants will make sure that their bike is 100% road worthy, There will be mechanical support on the ride but this is for minor mechanical, If a new tyre or chain is needed, there will be charges. During the event there will be warning signs at appropriate points on the roads. Absence of these signs does not signal there are no dangers approaching and it is the individual rider’s responsibility to make a decision regarding whether to ride a section or not. The marking of the route does not necessarily indicate that the road is rideable and the participant is deemed to make their own decision about whether to proceed on bike, foot or not at all. The routes are planned in advance and we ensure to our very best ability the safest route possible. Event Nation Holdings Ltd will provide emergency and mechanical support to riders who get into difficulty or trouble on course, but are not liable and accept no responsibility for damage incurred to riders bikes or riders themselves or other equipment in any attempt made to assist with repairs. Tribars / time trial bars can be fitted to bikes but the rider will not use these bars under any circumstances when riding the Tour de Norfolk event.
The Participant is fully responsible for their actions when riding on the public highway, under no circumstances will Event Nation Holdings Ltd accept any responsibility for their actions. Riders attend the event on their own account and at their own risk. You are responsible for the safety of your bike and clothes. Event Nation Holdings Ltd are not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any injuries and/or damages as results of any action during the event or the ride. Event Nation Holdings Ltd reserve the right to disqualify any rider in breach of any of these regulations before or during the event/ride.
Waiver of liability
Every rider understands and admits that their participation in the event is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages from your participation in the event. You recognise and understands that the activities may be hazardous, that your participation is solely at your own risk and that you assumes full responsibility for any resulting injuries and damages that may occur. Every rider affirms, that they are in good health. You declare that you are physically fit and capable to participate in the event Every rider has to acknowledge that they have read and understood this entire waiver of liability and agrees to be legally bound by it.
The event officials hold the right to withdraw starters if they feel there is a danger for the starter or any other person.
Currency of Purchase
All transactions will be conducted in Pounds Sterling.

To register for this event you must provide a valid email address so we can send you confirmation of your registration and of any entries you make. The email address supplied (and any email addresses given when registering other people) may be used by the Event Organiser to send out information about the events you enter. Each participant agrees to assign and grant the right and permission for Event Nation Holdings Ltd to use and publish any photographs/film/video/electronic representations and/or sound recordings of the participant on any Event Nation Holdings Ltd activity. The participant hereby releases Event Nation Holdings Ltd from any and all liability from such use and promotion. The participant hereby authorises the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs/film/video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of Event Nation Holdings Ltd. The participant specifically waives any right to any compensation they may have for appearing in any of the photographs/film/video/electronic representations and/or sound recordings of the participant at the Tour de Norfolk.
